Chongqing state - owned culture asset management system reform has made success but there are some problerns. Chongqing shoulad learn the experience from abroad and other provinces. The objective of keeping proper relationship between the party committte and government and culture companies, implementing regular and scientific management, increasing culture industry scale and realizing prosperity of culture industry can be attained by emphasizing social benefit and econornic benefit, separating public industry and culture industry and separating government departments form culture companies.
