The successful migration of rural labor to urban area is now widely accepted as a necessary process on the way of modernization for a country.According to the theory of labor migration in west China,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the labor migration in west China.Combined with the advanced experience from highly developed countries and regions,this paper points out that development of occupational education and improvement of labor's quality are the key and leading condition for successful migration of rural labors in west China and makes some countermeasures and suggestions.
