Since the reform and opening to outside world,enormous structure changes have taken place in the northwest regional economic development.At the same time,structure changes influenced the development of northwest economy deeply.In the new stage of westem development,western areas should speed up market integration,from hihgly efficient resources allocation mechanism,speed up production method change at backward area and realize sustainable development between inside and outside of westem areas by caltivating ownership and industries.
