Characteristics of regional economy of border area of Xiang,E,Yu and Qian show undevelopment,uncoordinative and unsustainable.According to basic theories of economics,the border areas must make use of their relative advantages respectively to make economic cooperation and coordinated development.This paper analyses the basic principles for coordinated development of regional economy of the border area,and then proposes the policy framework for the regional economy's coordinated and sustainable development by standardizing industrial allocation and promoting talents flow.
