According to Warsily W.Leontiev's input-output analysis method, the factors of deviation contribution degree and related proportion which influence Xinjiang's national economy is calculated and input-output deviation analysis model which can estimate national economic structure and its influencing degree is deduced from the factors such as scientific and technological progress, final demand including government consumption, resident consumption and total capital formation, foreign trade (net out-flowing) and so on.
