From the angle of regional currency supply disparity, Inherent factors about currency supply are studied. This paper, from the angle of cash loss and leaking, points out that central bank unified currency policy can not support undeveloped areas to realize mutual development under regional economy difference. The author proposes to take more practical policies and measures to intensify inclination of policy to the western region in order to realize the harmonious development of national economy.
