Abstract:Modernity conversion of Chinese corporate social capital is becoming an urgent topic in line with international business. Modern research shows that the basic cultural factors that hold up corporate social capital is trust, norm, and social network. Chinese corporate culture is built under traditional Confucianism. And now its advantages and the disadvantages increasingly show up in the market economy. In order to promote corporate social capital, we should first identify those adaptable and inadaptable corporate culture, especially those related to trust and norms under the situation of the world economic globalization and then explore its formation mechanism and methods. According to current research achievement, this paper analyzes the formation mode of Chinese corporate social capital for further study of the cultural solution to the formation of Chinese corporate social capital.
