Shifted-share Method is used in the article. The author takes the whole country and the west separately as standard region to compare the development level of ChongQing high-technology industry. On the basis of the study, Chongqing's comparative superiority and inferiority is expatiated. The analysis will be good at regulating industry structure, improve economic quality and reduce the disparity between ChongQing and the developed area.
