    摘要:

    只有通过"管理者更迭"才能从根本上解决民营企业管理水平不再适应于企业规模的问题,而民营企业在实施"管理者更迭"的过程中可能存在"管理者更迭"与"所有权更迭"、 "企业绩效"以及 "管理者持股"的矛盾.应完善公司治理的内外部环境,界定产权清晰的企业股权结构,并制定合理的管理者报酬方案.

    Abstract:

    Starting with defining the administrator renew, building the base-model of enterprise managerial ability succeeded and the investment insufficient system by analyzing "the administrator renew" phenomenon in private enterprises, this paper drew the conclusion that the basic solution of the problem that the enterprise managerial ability could not meet the company's scope was the process of the administrator renew. At the same time, the author analyzed the possible existing problems during the process of "the administrator renew" in private enterprises to a certain extent, and put forward some personal views and suggestions for lessons.
