Because threshold of bond market is higher,because circulation market develops slowly and because credit of bond issuing and market function of commercial banks are dislocated,there are many problems such as small scale of enterprise bond of securities market,single issuing main body,single issuing form and imbalance of the ratio of enterprise bond financing to share-hold financing.This paper points out that we should broaden the scale of issuing bond,reform bond issuing market system,use maketability of issuing profit,establish and consummate bond credit evaluation system and change the ides of emphasis on goods but overlooking bond.
