Abstract:Marketability in the field of environment and infrastructure is the important content in the reform of market system of China. On the basis of analyzing current situation of marketability reform in the field of enviroment and infrastructure, this paper points out that marketability reform of enviroment and infrastructure can be promoted in the aspects such as investment policy, govermental supervising policy, price and collecting fees policy, human resources exploitation policy and weak group protection policy and puts froward a scheme of marketability policy on the basis of rubbish compost project of Lidu Town of Fuling District of Chongqing.
