Venture capital has made progress in China with the Shenzheng growth enterprise market founded, but the development of venture capital needs support of good venture capital environment. The venture capital environment is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP in this paper in order to provide basis for improving the venture capital environment.
