Recently, China's car industry develops rapidly but overall international competition is still weak. Research reveals that there are severe problems in duplicate construction, energy, the whole car and parts development proportion. Thus, Structure adjustment in the way of supply and consumption should be accelerated to construct China's parts industrial system suitable for international market by making favorable policies to encourage car consumption.
