Abstract:The cluster is an aggregation of companies and organizations related to each other in some particular fields, which assemble to the same place. It has two characteristics, centralization of the industry (chain) and spatial agglomerations. Because of the special relationship among the enterprises in it, the cluster is often viewed as a hybrid organization between the firm and the market. The market determines the appearance and the development of the cluster. Sometimes the impure market can promote the cluster, however, it can prevent the cluster from evolving continuously.
