Regression Analysis shows that in China human resources, per capita income and FDI are positively related. Efficient income and FDI are negatively related. Of all the factors, human resources play a decisive role, while the factor of infrastructure has little influence on FDI, which shows that while foreign businessmen decide whether to invest in China, they pay much attention to the factors of soft environment instead of the factors of hard environment.
