Abstract:By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Factor Analysing , this paper evaluates comprehensive competence of real estate in west China. The results show that development of all provinces is not balanced. Competence of Sichuan, Chongqing, Xinjiang and Yunnan is stronger. Competence of Shanxi, Guangxi, Neimenggu, Guizhou and Ningxia is fair and that of Qinghai and Tibet is poor. Development of real estate market should be planned reasonably.
