Energy is the basic industry of national economy and impetus of developing economy.Chongqing does not have solid energy foundation. In particular,it does not have sufficient disposble energy,which limits the development of energy in the long run.Chongqing has begun to face the problem of energy shortage,so the departments concerned should make medium-term and long-term energy plans,attach importarce to energy projects and to the work of significant projects which are at early stages.Besides,they should also accelerate system innovation,establish cooperative ties with neighboring provinces so as to construct Chongqing's safe and reliable energy system.
