After China' s joining WID, it is a certain choice that Chinese entelprises develop transnational business. What strategy of transnational business should Chinese enterprises choose? In this article, there are some simple analyses for the intemational strategy of American corporations, the multinational strategy of European corporations and the global strategy of Japanese corporations. The author holds that Chinese corporations should synthesize the above mentioned three strategic models, and this article Puts forward some basie problems that Chinese enterprises must pay attention to in doing it.
