    摘要:

    重庆市弱势群体观念上普遍存在依赖思想、追求稳定性工作、安于现状,心理上有消极心理和不公平心理,个性上与人接触困难,技术水平低且不打算学技术。并且,这些影响其再就业和收入增长的内在因素在不同的弱势群体中有不同的表现。因此,政府有必要免费为其进行有针对性的分类心理培训和职业培训。

    Abstract:

    Population with fewer skills means the gtoup of people who do not have independent ideas, go after stable jobs and be content with things as they are. They are psychologically passive and unfair, with no intention to leam skills. It is difficult to get along with them. Besides, factors affecting their reempleyment differ frcm people to people. Therefore, it is necessany for govemment to provide them with effective psychological and vocational training programs for free.
