The gap of the vp;ume and quality of fixed assets investment is an important reason for the widening gqp between Guna" s westm and eastern areas and the phenomenon that non- state investment lags behind should attract people' s attention.Therefore, this article points out that investment system must be refonned, structure of ownership in westem areas must be adjusted and optimized by market forces, the pattem cf economic growth in westem areas should be changed by changing its investment pattem and its investment space should be resonably allocated.
