Establishment of local public finance is the objective requirement of economic construction and social development, and is the important content to deepen local financial reform, and helps transformation of governmental duty according to the requirement of socialist market economy construction and is effective way to vitalize local finance of Chongqing. Based on social and economic development plan and current financial situation, this paper systematically studies basic frame and realization path to establish local public finance of Chongqing.
