Technological innovation, especially, self - innovati on of technol ogy, has great promoting effect on economic development, however, in the exp l oitati on of nati onality culture and civil res ources in s ome minority nati onality areas, technological innovati on has not been emphasized enough . There are many reas ons for this, such as relatively backward ideas, village - style living mode by nati onality cluster and traditi onally natural economic mode, insufficient good enterp rise culture and invest ment envir onment and so on .
