Abstract:The employment scale of Tibetan tourism enterprises is very small and the tour guide team urgently needs to be developed. However, with the developing of society and economy and with the adjusting of structure, total quantity of tourism employment will be increasing, employment structure will gradually become reasonable, meanwhile, specialization and multi- plicity of the employees of Tibetan tourism enterprises are depended on Tibetan tourism development strategy mode. The development and enlargement of 4A level tour spots of Tibet will enlarge employment.
