The characteristics,type and function of regional economic interactive development are classified into many types.The characteristics are classified into initial interaction based on administration,medium-level interaction based on market behavior,high-level interaction based on connection of market and administration,political interaction based on classification,interaction between policy and strategy,intellectual interaction,resources interaction,reverse interaction,up-down interaction based on function,inside-outside interaction and functional interaction.In order to realize "win-win" development of regional economy,the "bellwether" radiation effect of growth pole should be sufficiently mined,different administrative system between central government and local governments should gradually completed,institution innovation of productivity gradient transfer should be accelerated and talent incentive mechanism of gathering human capital should be completed.
