Enterprise year-wage system of China has some limited regulations on enterprise and employee participation.Based on two conditions of John Rawls's second principal of justicial distribution,this paper makes new discussion on the limited regulations,reveals that the regulations do not provide fair opportunity for employees and even lead to reverse compensation and harm the interests of the employees who do not participate in enterprise year-wage system.Thus,the issue for how to create fair participation opportunity in enterprise year-wage system for employees must be considered.
