The poverty alleviation mode,which experienced from big scale regional poverty alleviation development by taking project management as a center,to the mode of poverty alleviation for "villages and families",and to the mode of "using whole village's resources to develop",has made obvious achievement in poverty alleviation.However,there are still many problems and contradictions in practice,such as the unmatched relation between the objective of "using whole village's resources to develop" and capital investment guarantee,dislocated relation between "real poverty alleviation" and "alleviating real poverty" and so on.Thus,it is necessary to complete the mode of "using whole village's resources to develop" from the angle of innovation mechanism.
