China's WTO entry makes import and export trade of China increase a lot but China's maritime transportation service trade law system has many problems such as insufficient support of national maritime transportation enterprises,low legal effect and conflicts in its contents and so on and has legislative vacuum which is not helpful to foreign trade development.The related maritime transportation laws should be rapidly completed to further consolidate laws and regulations of international maritime transportation market and to protect domestic maritime transportation market by using laws.
