Under the background of that foreign banks will provide RMB financial service for Chinese at the end of 2006 and by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) to calculate operation efficiency of China commercial banks from 2000 to 2003,this paper analyzes the calculation results and gives related countermeasures for constructing modern commercial bank enterprises.
