The increase of floating population has become an important population phenomenon of China.Currently,large scale population floating brings inevitable pressure and problem to Chongqing and law-violation phenomena of peasant-worker in Chongqing should be paid attention to.Law-violation phenomena of peasant-worker in Chongqing can be controlled by learning from the experience abroad,by protecting legal rights of peasant-worker based on Chongqing's real situation,comprehensive and scientific management and by constructing community and society integration.
