    摘要:

    自主品牌是所在国的企业基于自身的核心竞争能力而创立,能被其目标群广泛地认同和偏好,并能获取超额利润,至少在所在国注册的产品或服务的标志和形象。中国的自主品牌创立主要在于国有企业及国有控股企业;优秀企业家是创立自主品牌的重要条件,应建立以供需为基础的企业家用人机制;还应转变政府职能,并设计好企业组织的内部制度安排。

    Abstract:

    Independent brands, which are created based on self core competence of the enterprises, are recognized by consumers and can get high profits, are symbols and images of products and service registered in home countries. China's independent brands are mainly created in state - owned enterprises or state - held enterprises. Advanced entrepreneurs are important requirement for independent brand creation, entrepreneur employment mechanism based on supply and demand should be established, inner system arrangement of enterprise organizations should be designed and government duty should be changed.
