Rural labor force transfer is of great significance to increasing peasants' income and transferring rural surplus labor force.Labor force transfer provides human resources support for modern industry development and is the important channel for balanced development between urban and rural areas.This paper mainly discusses the influence of rural labor force transfer on peasants' income in the field of income level,income structure,income gap and so on and arrives at conclusions.
