With the deep reforming,the private enterprise clusters are called "specialized town" which developed in the places of Zhejiang province and Zhujiang Delta.Research indicates that this cluster promotes the reasonable allocation of resources and local economic development but there are problems such as unreasonable industrial structure in cluster area and weak innovative ability and so on.Thus,establishment of combination mechanism of production-learning-research and interests coordination mechanism between clusters and promotion of innovative ability of clusters are the important measures for accelerating and upgrading the development of private enterprise clusters.
