Recent years,Technological Barriers to Trade(BTB) has become a more effective and invisible method of trade protectionism of developed countries.As the third biggest trade partner,European Union implements all kinds of BTB to greatly affect the export of Chinese products.Thus,early warning mechanism of European Union TBT must be established to monitor its new trend.We should make technological innovation and product innovation to overpass its trade barrier by using higher product quality and patent registry.
