This paper analyzes the traits, present conditions and problems of succoring investment at the angle of public investment in China, then puts forward strategies on how to establish a succoring investment system with Chinese character. We should innovate citizens' social insurance ideas and thinking models and establish succoring investment management mechanism and solve the imbalance problems of succoring investment and develop the investment in multiple levels and directions.
