China's post-advantage industry of undeveloped areas lags behind and industry structure is imbalanced because of unsuitable industry policy in undeveloped area. The economy strength of undeveloped area could not support its agriculture best. So the national food safety is in maximum risk because of the imbalance between the area economy and the industry (price) policy discrimination for agriculture itself. It is important for China's food safety to promote regional economy coordination development and to support the development of agriculture and industry in undeveloped area.
