In the essay the current situation and future of finance markets of China and ASEAN are first analyzed. Then the achievements of regional finance cooperation between China and ASEAN are introduced. In the last part the significance and contents of regional finance cooperation between China and ASEAN as well as its problems and solutions are discussed.
