Studies on the differences in all-round well-off society among twelve western provinces between 2002 and 2020 are of special importance. After discussion on main economic indexes and main social indexes, this paper analyzes the differences in well-off all-round society among twelve westem provinces between 2002 and 2020 in the fields of education, science, technology and information and compares the differences in above fields in 2002.
