Chongqing is short of land resources, is rich in water resources, is short of high quality human resources, has advantage and disadvantage of agricultural and mineral product resources and there is obvious advantage of regional resources, engineering construction resources and tourism resources. Sustainable development strategy can be made based on resources condition.
