三峡库区移民后期扶持和全面建设小康社会尚存在很多问题。针对这些问题，提出了相应的发展思路，以及急需采取的重大政策措施。

Abstract:

There are many problems in the late period of development and construction of all - round well - off society. This paper makes countermeasures.
