| 我国经济发展进入新常态，已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。2021年11月6日，中国人民大学书报资料中心、中国社会科学院西部发展研究中心与重庆工商大学学术期刊社联合主办的“首届中国高质量发展西部论坛暨新时代西部社科期刊能力建设学术研讨会”在重庆工商大学召开，与会专家学者主要从以下几个方面对新时代中国经济高质量发展的推进路径进行了探讨和交流：一是深入实施区域重大战略、区域协调发展战略和乡村振兴战略，推动城乡区域平衡发展，促进共同富裕；二是深入实施创新驱动发展战略，加快建设“数字中国”，实现高水平充分发展；三是加快构建双循环新发展格局，推进社会主义现代化建设。 |

| Abstract: |
| China’s economic development has entered a new normal state, shifting from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development. On November 6, 2021, the First China Western Forum on High-quality Development and the Capacity Building of Western Social Science Journals in the New Era jointly sponsored by the Information Center for Social Science of Renmin University of China, Center for Development of Western China of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the Academic Journal Office of Chongqing Technology and Business University was held in Chongqing Technology and Business University. The experts and scholars at the conference discussed and exchanged views on the path of high-quality development of China’s economy in the new era from the following aspects. Firstly, it is necessary to implement in-depth regional major strategies, regional coordinated development strategies, and rural revitalization strategies to promote the balanced development of urban and rural areas and promote common prosperity. Secondly, it is necessary to thoroughly implement the innovation-driven development strategy, accelerate the construction of “digital China”, and achieve high-quality and full development. Finally, it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a new dual-cycle development pattern and promote socialist modernization. |
