| 进入新世纪以来，党和国家就成渝地区发展先后推出了一系列区域发展战略，使得成渝地区呈现特有的发展历程。推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设旨在探索新时代双核城市群一体化发展示范，为新时代贯彻新发展理念提供重要引领，以及助推新时代西部大开发形成新格局。当前，成渝城市群建设、西部陆海新通道建设、长江经济带建设、“一带一路”建设能够为成渝地区双城经济圈建设提供动力支撑。在此基础上，应结合“双循环”新发展格局构建进行政策设计，促进成渝地区双城经济圈积极落实“两中心两地”的战略定位，推进成渝地区双城经济圈高质量发展。 |

| Since the beginning of the 21st century, the central government has successively launched a series of regional development strategies for the development of Chengdu-Chongqing region, making Chengdu-Chongqing region present a unique development process. The construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle aims to explore the coordinated development of dual-core city cluster in the new era, provide important guidance for the implementation of the new development concept in the new era, and promote the formation of a new pattern of the development of the west regions in the new era. At present, the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing city cluster, the construction of new land-sea corridors in the west, the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the construction of the "Belt and Road" can provide dynamic support for the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle. On this basis, policies should be designed around the construction of the new development pattern of "double circulations" to promote the high-quality development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle by actively implementing “two central sites” strategic positioning of Chengdu and Chongqing. |
