| “十四五”时期是我国重要战略机遇期，必须深刻理解新发展理念的内涵，积极推进新型城镇化和乡村振兴。“十四五”期间，新型城镇化要实现高质量的城市更新，把县城打造为城镇化的重要载体，妥善解决城市收缩问题，并着重落实“人地财”的挂钩。发展高效特色农业是乡村振兴的重要举措，要着力建设成渝现代化高效特色农业带，不断提升农业质量效益和竞争力，加快建设美丽乡村，持续深化农村改革，并将脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接，形成全国示范。 |

| “The Fourteenth Five-year Plan” period is China’s important strategic opportunity period, as a result, we must deeply understand the connotation of new development concept, and actively push forward new style urbanization and village revitalization. During “the Fourteenth Five-year Plan”, new style urbanization should realize high-quality city renewal to build a county city into the important carrier for the urbanization, solve urban contraction problem and implement the connection between “people, places and money supply”. The development of the agriculture with high efficiency and characteristics is the important measure for village revitalization, we must build Chengdu-Chongqing agricultural regions with modernization, high efficiency and characteristics, continuously improve agricultural quality, benefit and competence, construct beautiful villages, deepen rural reform, and effectively connect poverty alleviation results and village revitalization to create a national model. |
