China’s rural reform makes important contribution to the establishment of socialist market economy system, which is mainly embodied as the implementation of family contracted land system wavers original economic system, the reform in price and in circulation field lays the basis for the establishment of market economy system, the liberation of the factors such as labor and so on provides the possibility for market-oriented allocation of resources, and the reform of taxation and fees collection creates conditions for overall urban and rural development. Currently, there are some insufficiencies in rural areas and the reform needs to be further deepened.
