Financial inclusion development can boost economic growth and the decrease of income gap, and further promote the improvement of total health condition of the habitants of China. Based on the data of China Family Panel Studies（CFPS）to examine the influence of rural financial inclusion level on peasants’ health condition, the results show that the total level of China’s rural financial inclusion level is lower, that there is regional difference which indicates that east area is higher, central area is at middle level and the west area is lower, that the promotion of rural financial inclusion level is conducive to the improvement of peasants’ health condition, the lower the area with lower rural financial inclusion level is, the bigger its effect is, e.g., the effect in west area is the biggest, followed in middle area, the effect in east area is smallest, when the health of the peasants is threatened, the promotion of the local rural financial inclusion level is helpful to mitigate the deterioration of their health condition. China should accelerate the development of rural financial inclusion in the middle and west areas, decrease the regional difference while the total rural financial inclusion level is promoted, make more peasants gain the guarantee of health by financial innovation, and use the financial inclusion development to keep down and wipe out the occurrence of the poverty resulting from the disease.
