In order to explain the influencing factors and paths of farmers' satisfaction and further understand the decision-making mechanism of farmers' homestead withdrawal, this paper builds a model of farmers' satisfaction with homestead withdrawal based on customer satisfaction index（CSI）model, and uses structural equation model（SEM）to quantitatively analyze the survey data of farmers in typical areas of Sichuan Province. The results show that family resource endowment is an important antecedent factor affecting farmers' satisfaction; perceived quality and perceived value are the most critical factors affecting farmers' satisfaction; reliability, rationality, publicity and participation are quality factors influencing perceived quality; government image, especially the image of village committee, is an important factor affecting farmers' satisfaction; and farmer satisfaction has an important impact on policy identification and complain. Research conclusions: around the perception quality and value of farmers' withdrawal from homestead, perfecting the policy of compensation and resettlement of homestead, perfecting the supporting system of infrastructure, improving farmers' net economic and social welfare are the key measures to improve farmers' sense of acquisition, strengthening the construction of clean government of village committee to improve the image of government, enhancing farmers' trust in government and village committee, and sounding the dissatisfaction channels of farmers in the late stage of the exit of the homestead, and improving the complaint handling system of farmers are important measures to improve the satisfaction of farmers.
