How to make the west area of China rapid development has currently become a very urgent policy issue of China. Based on the recognition of academic circle to the law and organization of economic development space, this paper tries to draw the outline of clear future for the west area which mainly means the west area of "Huhuanyongqian" and far west area, firstly points out three stages process from "coastal country", "plain country", to "continental country", and then discusses how to accelerate the economic development of the west area from such three perspectives as the process of China's economic gravity westward, the limitation of market role and the initial point for breaking through "Huhuanyongqian" . The development of the west area needs Chinese Governmental economic layout from the east to the west, detailed institutional design and should let legislation, new mechanism such as network organization, especially cluster organization and so on, play a role.
