    摘要:

    以人工智能、无人技术为代表的第四次科技革命将对劳动力市场产生深远影响。如何评估新一轮科技革命对就业的影响,是当下国际学术界关注的热点问题。本文从就业机会、就业结构和劳动力收入分配三个层面梳理了国外学者对该问题研究的最新成果,文献研究显示,新一轮科技革命将加剧技术性失业、就业两极分化,并导致劳动力市场收入不平等,表现为劳动力收入份额的下降和劳动力内部收入分配结构的失衡。本文在此基础上对未来研究的方向和趋势进行了展望,以期对充分认识新一轮科技革命对我国就业的影响和应采取的政策有所裨益。

    Abstract:

    The fourth scientific and technological revolution represented by artificial intelligence and unmanned technology will have a profound impact on the labor market. How to assess the impact of the new round of scientific and technological revolution on employment is a hot issue of current international academic circles. This paper reviews the latest achievements of international scholars on this issue from such three aspects as employment opportunities, employment structure and labor income distribution. Literature studies show that a new round of scientific and technological revolution will aggravate technical unemployment and polarization of employment and lead to unequal income in the labor market, which is shown by the lower share of labor income and unbalanced internal structure of labor income distribution. On this basis, this paper prospects the direction and trend of future research, in order to fully understand the impact of the new round of scientific and technological revolution on China's employment and give the policies that China should be adopted.
