| 随着我国工业化和城镇化的推进，农民的收入逐渐呈现非农化趋势，这种趋势在促进农业部门转型的同时也会导致农民种粮意愿降低，影响粮食生产，威胁粮食安全。本文在阐述农民收入非农化的成因机理及发展趋势的基础上，结合全球的粮食战略，分析收入非农化对我国粮食生产与安全的影响，并提出要辩证认识收入非农化的发展趋势，正确处理好农民增收和粮食生产的矛盾以保障粮食安全。 |

| With the advancement of industrialization and urbanization in China, the income of farmers has gradually shown a trend of non-agriculturalization. This trend also leads to the reduction of farmers' willingness to grow grain, which affect food production and threaten food security while promoting the transition of the agricultural sector. Based on the formation mechanism and development trend of farmers' income non-agriculturalization, this paper analyzes the impact of income non-agriculturalization on China's grain production and security by combining global grain strategy, and proposes a dialectical understanding of the trend of the income non-agriculturalization. The paper also gives suggestions on how to properly handle the contradiction between increasing farmers' income and food production to ensure food security. |
