| 中美贸易摩擦根源于美国经济政策调整、舆论情绪引导以及产业技术层面的战略考量。对中国经济而言，其情绪影响更甚于实际影响。虽然贸易战会对中国经济增长带来短期冲击，但在中国经济已逐步从出口导向转为内需拉动的背景下，其实际冲击和风险远低于十年之前。而且这一事件也实质上提供了中国进一步深化改革开放的良机。对此，中国理性应对策略是“你打你的，我打我的”，通过防风险、推改革、促开放，实现中国经济自身的风险排除和结构调整；同时在保证外汇基本稳定的条件下，加速推进“一带一路”倡议，以持续深化改革促稳定和高质量发展，以全方位开放促高水平发展，最终化挑战为机遇，进而构建中国经济新一轮增长的基础。 |

| Abstract: |
| China-America trade friction originates from American economic policy adjustment, opinion emotion orientation and industrial technological strategy consideration. In view of China, its emotional influence is bigger than practical impact. Although the trade war will produce short-term shock on China’s economic growth, its practical impact and risk are far lower than ten years ago under the background of China’s economic transition from export-oriented to domestic demand driving. Furthermore, this event practically provides the opportunity for China to further deepen the reform and opening-up. Therefore, China’s rational responding policy is that “you wage your trade war while we wage our trade war”, that by preventing the risk, promoting the reform and boosting the opening-up, China will realize the self risk clearing and structure adjusting of Chinese economy, speed up to carry out“the Belt and Road” proposal under the condition of keeping the basic stability of foreign hard currencies, and lay the basis for a new round of China’s economic growth by deepening the reform, boosting stability and higher quality development, by all-round boosting higher level development, and finally by changing the challenge into the opportunity. |
