| 在“大众创业,万众创新”的背景下,双创企业的持续发展成为研究热点,但少有研究探讨双创企业的合伙行为。以若干国家级高新技术产业开发区的双创企业为调研对象,利用Nvivo质性研究工具,基于组织治理视角探讨不同经营情形下双创企业的合伙机制和行为路径,分析表明:个人与个人的合伙以“资源互补”为核心,通过相机控制机制完成“孵化→共赢”的经营过程;个人与法人(组织)的合伙以“持续互补”为核心,通过分时权变机制完成“成长→共赢”的经营过程;法人(组织)与法人(组织)的合伙以“中间纽带”为核心,通过分时权变机制完成“竞合→共赢”的经营过程;上述合伙行为路径均能形成创新激励,实现风险共担和合伙共赢。 |

| Research on Partnership Behavior Path Based on Organizational Governance |

| Abstract: |
| Under the national conditions of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", the development of innovation and entrepreneurship has become a research hotspot, but few scholars have studied it from the form of "partnership". By taking the national-level hi-tech enterprises for entrepreneurship and innovation as survey objects, via using Nvivo research tool, based on organizational governance perspective, this paper discusses the partnership mechanism and behavior path for the enterprises with entrepreneurship and innovation under different business situations. The analysis shows that the partnership between individual and individual takes resources complementarity as the core and accomplishes the business process from breeding to double win via camera control mechanism, that the partnership between individual and legal person (organization) takes sustainable complementarity as the core and accomplishes the business process from grownup to double win through time-sharing contingency mechanism and that the partnership between legal person (organization) and legal person (organization) takes middle link as the core and accomplishes the business process from competition to double win through time-sharing contingency mechanism. All above partnership behavior paths can have innovation incentive and realize risk sharing and double win with partnership. |
